A local company built on consistency
I started The Ardent Home Co. in 2022 in Ozark. I did not come to cleaning from the outside. I have run a 60-person restaurant, led a 20-person team caring for a 175,000 square foot church campus, worked a pest control route, and ran operations at a roofing company. What all of it taught me is that consistency is everything.
So we built the company around it. A written checklist for every service. The same crew lead at your home each time. Photos after every visit. And if something is not right, we come back and fix it.
My grandfather built his own business around people first and treated profit as the byproduct of doing right by them. That is the standard we are building on, for the homes we clean and for the people who clean them.
