Yes. Our crew members are W-2 employees, not subcontractors.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $2 million in general liability insurance.
How do I know the work was done?
Every visit follows a written checklist and is checked before we leave. We send photos the same day.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours of the visit. We come back and fix it at no charge.
Will I get the same person each time?
You will have the same crew lead at your home each visit.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form, text or call 417-536-9416. Tell us your home size and what you want done. We reply with your price and an available date within 24 hours.
Do you charge more for a very dirty home?
Homes in heavy condition may be priced up to 30% above the standard rate. We tell you before we start and confirm the final price in writing.
Do you clean homes for realtors?
Yes. Move-in, move-out and deep cleans, with prices posted by bedroom on our Realtors page.
